We recommend flying into Sangster International Airport. The closest airport located in Montego Bay, the Sangster International (airport code: MBJ) is the preferred airport for many travelers. This airport is approximately 20-30 minutes from the hotel and venues

Located in Kingston, the Norman Manley International Airport (airport code: KIN) this airport is approximately 3 hours away from the hotel and venues

Located in the Ocho Rios is Jamaica's newest international airport, the Ian Fleming International Airport (airport code: OCJ). This airport only for north coast for small aircrafts and not large commercial flights

If arrival into MBJ airport we will have transportation available to take you to our hotels and/or directly to the Montego Bay Convention Centre

We have partnered with 5 Hotel Properties all of which are 4.5 Stars or Higher. You will have the chance to choose the Room and Property stay once deposit is made and the majority of your deposit will go towards the room of your choice from the list provided. 

We have set up transportation, Child Minding, on-site access to Therapist, Yoga, Mediation, Seminars, Pet Hotels, Butler Service and VIP Services at these locations to make it as welcoming as possible.

Unfortunately the Jamaica Corporate Retreat - Refuel Conference Exhibition and Professional Development can only be intended in-person.

There's nothing more miserable than sitting in a loud running cold heavy machinery, waiting for a load-fill, watching your teammate on your 4.5 inch cell phone screen, overseas as they sit in their Tommy Bahama short-sleeve shirt (which you secretly love) and you're staring down at your steel toe shoes while you wait for the internet to reconnect, after loosing signal from the worksite. Sighing when dispatch tells you: "you're good to go" and you're saying: "I wish I was there instead". (It's also not safe either)

In order to get the true experience including in-person practicums on Diversity Training, Offshore Meetings, Family & Work Courses, Trade Show Attendance and Conference you need to be in Jamaica.

Our Spring Show has two weeks, you do not need to attend both weeks, however, both weeks are not the same in programming.

As our main priority rests on Mental Health improvements for better work productivity , we believe that a purpose of a Corporate Retreat is to get away from your standard "norm" and true refueling takes place in a setting where you can think, feel and work more like your happier self. 

At this time, we do not offer a virtual option for attendees as we cannot guarantee internet connection will support a large virtual attendance and do not see it being a possibility in the very near future.

The Refuel Conference & Retreat primarily focuses on Real Life Diversity Training, Business Topics,  Mental Health in the Workplace, Caribbean Innovation Forum Conference, Tradeshow  and provide professional development

The location helps support and is mandatory to provide the practicum, training and expertise as such in almost all cases is considered a Business Tax Deduction.

We encourage you to check with your employer or tax requirements prior to registering as all fees are non-refundable.

We also suggest that registered attendees save your ticket receipt, retreat itinerary, and any travel, food, and accommodation expenses. For all-inclusive hotel options,  trade show exhibitors, all-inclusive packages, executive packages you’ll only need to maintain records of your ticket purchase payments and your travel costs since these are all-inclusive.

Kids Corporate Retreat Camp inside the program is also business related and tax deduction. The Refuel Conference & Corporate Retreat creates an inclusive environment for families of attendees as it  pertains to the improvements of mental health in the family for a better workplace productivity, including courses for employers, access to mental health resources onsite for family members, working with employers to better work-at-home and remote conditions of the family and practicums and a chance to be apart of missed opportunities..

All prices are based on first come first serve and selected specials are numbered.

Prices are subject to change and will increase closer to the event. This is because we are allotted a certain amount of hotel rooms at discounted prices. After a certain date, these hotel rooms may be released and or no longer.

Upon booking: the amount indicated in the advertised packages if booked prior to February 17, 2024

Full Payments will be required for any bookings made after February 18, 2024

Balance Payment: remaining balance by March 1st, 2024

All payments are non refundable including the deposit. Please ensure you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any fees you may need to incur if you have to cancel your trip

In the unlikely event that WE have to cancel the entire CONFERENCE & RETREAT for mandatory reason then we will offer you the following options:

A recharge back fee of $250 full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit

Transfer of your booking, free of charge, to a future trip of the same value, plus offer you an upgrade for the inconvenience.

Certain Hotels may not offer a refund at all of the Hotel Portion

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the Refuel Conference & Retreat for any reason any flight tickets purchased by you will not be able to be refunded. It is for this reason that travel insurance is a mandatory condition of your booking.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

If you are unable to attend the Refuel Conference & Retreat for any reason, you will need to make a claim with your travel insurance provider to claim any trip costs.

Please ensure your travel Insurance provider covers you for the following:

Flight cancellation

Trip payments

Positive Covid-19 test or other medical restriction preventing you from traveling

Local and destination restrictions preventing you from traveling

Pet-Travel Insurance if applicable
